~This was originally a sketch for my character Rader von Blair, but I ended up changing Rader's look and decided, since Lucien has short hair, that this would be better suited for him.

  ~I had done this and left the cape blank. Unfortunately, I wasn't very happy with it. It was missing something. So, I took it a step further.
